To return your product, you should email lorenzo@lorenzogalli.com and we will provide you with an address to send your item to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. With high demand items, your order may be backordered or delayed. You will be notified if there are anticipated delays.
When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses.
