The Alzheimer’s Association- The Alzheimer’s Association reaches millions of people affected by Alzheimer’s across the globe through their national office and chapters in communities nationwide. They are the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Through this research we are learning more about the brain which will likely be able to benefit individuals facing other degenerative brain conditions as well.

International Center for Research on Women- The International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) is a global research institute with headquarters in Washington, D.C. and regional offices in Nairobi, Kenya, and New Delhi, India. Our research evidence identifies women’s contributions as well as the obstacles that prevent them from being economically strong and able to fully participate in society. ICRW translates these insights into a path of action that honors women’s human rights, ensures gender equality and creates the conditions in which all women can thrive.

National Mental Health Association- Founded in 1909 NMHA is one of the worlds leading community-based non-profit dedicated to helping all achieve wellness by living mentally healthier lives. Their work is driven by their commitment to promote mental health as a critical part of overall wellness, including prevention services for all, early identification and intervention for those at risk, and integrated care and treatment for those who need it, with recovery as the goal. Much of their current work is guided by the philosophy that mental health conditions should be treated long before they reach the most critical points in the disease process.

National Resource Defense Council- NRDC is one of the world's most effective environmental action groups, combining the grassroots power of more than 2 million members and online activists with the courtroom clout and expertise of nearly 500 lawyers, scientists and other professionals. Even by environmentalists standard this is a relentless group that is fighting for a cause that affects all our lives.

World Wildlife Fund- WWF is probably the most well-known wildlife conservation organization, and it doesn’t need much of an introduction. They have been working in conservation for several decades and have made a huge difference to our natural world, both on land and in the ocean. They fight for wildlife on a global scale and continue to make a real measurable impact.

Oceana- Founded in 2001, Oceana is the largest international advocacy organization exclusively working for the conservation of ocean. The organization carries out targeted campaigns to prevent the collapse of fish populations, marine mammals and other damages to sea life resulted from industrial fishing and pollution. As part of its campaigns, Oceana is involved in efforts to end major sources of ocean pollution such as oil, mercury, aquaculture and shipping emissions. In addition, the organization also campaigns for the protection of vulnerable places in the oceans, including the Arctic, the Aleutian Islands, the Mediterranean and Chile’s Juan Fernandez Islands, among others.
